2 - Steve Ludwig - Creating Success

On this episode we have Steve Ludwig who is a Board Certified Master Arborist, Certified Arborist and Certified Arborist Municipal Specialist.  He is the General Services Superintendent at the Village of Algonquin, Illinois and also owns Ludwig Speaks, LLC.

Steve shares with us his passion and philosophy of working with people and motivating them to create their own paths to success.  We also talk about what it can be like  working for a municipality, managing peers, dealing with difficult employees, becoming a Board Certified Master Arborist and helping others become Certified Arborists as well as training in all aspects of public works while working with the American Public Works Association and the Illinois Arborist Association.
